Parent/Guardian Acknowledgement and Declaration

By submitting this application form, I/we acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Submission of a completed application form does not guarantee the offer of a place at the School.
2. I/we confirm that the School’s current Parent Information Pack and Fee Information document have been received, read, and fully understood. I/we understand the admissions process and the criteria by which this application will be assessed.
3. I/we understand that both parents/guardians, together with the applicant, may be required to attend an admissions meeting as part of the admissions process.
4. I/we declare that all information provided within this application is true, complete, and accurate to the best of our knowledge. I/we understand that the provision of false, misleading, omitted, or contradictory information may adversely affect the application and may result in the withdrawal of an offer of a place or, where applicable, the withdrawal of a pupil from the School.
5. I/we acknowledge that admission to a year group is subject to the applicant meeting the School’s age requirements for the relevant year of entry.
6. I/we understand that, as part of the admissions process, parents/guardians are required to provide a copy of the applicant’s birth certificate and the most recent school report at the admissions meeting.
7. I/we confirm that all relevant information, reports, records, and documentation relating to the applicant have been disclosed to the School and provided to a member of the Senior Leadership Team where requested.
8. I/we understand that the School reserves the right to request additional information or supporting documentation as part of the admissions process.
9. I/we consent to the School contacting the applicant’s current or previous educational setting, where applicable, for the purpose of obtaining information relevant to the application.
